MoneyMax Financial Services (SGX:5WJ) launched its 14th series of digital security tokens under its SG$100 million unsecured commercial paper program, according to a Wednesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
The tokens, bearing an interest rate of 4.50% per annum, will be issued to accredited investors and institutional investors, and will be listed on the ADDX Exchange.
The tokens will mature after three months. The company is looking to raise between SG$40 million to SG$65 million from the tokens.
