H2G Green's (SGX:5AI) subsidiary, Green Energy Investment, entered into a third supplemental agreement with Greenfuel to further extend the long-stop date for the satisfaction of conditions linked with the acquisition of Greenfuel, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Thursday.

Based on the agreement, the long-stop date has been extended to June 30.
