Star Fashion Culture Holdings Ltd. has announced management changes effective May 30, 2025. Zhou, Mo has been appointed as an independent director and will serve as the chairlady of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee, as well as a member of the Compensation and Audit Committees. Zhou has over four years of marketing experience. Li, Mengting has been appointed as an independent director and will serve as the chairlady of the Audit Committee, as well as a member of the Compensation and Nominating and Corporate Governance Committees. Li brings over seven years of financial experience to the role. These appointments follow the resignations of independent directors Wei Meizhong and You Zhi, who left for personal reasons.
