Zhejiang Powertrain, a company primarily engaged in the research, development, and manufacture of automobile parts, is 99% owned by Geely. The acquisition's terms have been deemed fair and reasonable by the company's board, reflecting Geely's strategic interest in expanding its automotive component capabilities.
