Walnut Capital's (HKG:0905) executive director and controlling shareholder Mung Bun Man, Alan, will donate certain digital assets to Full Long, a unit of the company, a Friday filing with the Hong Kong bourse said.

Under the deed of gift, Alan Mung will transfer 170 million Army of Fortune Gem tokens, 5.8 billion Frog Defense tokens, and 10 Bitcoins to Full Long.

The financial services company will keep the gift as reserve and may realize it at an appropriate time.
