Webus International (WETO) said Thursday it is exploring a financing strategy of up to $300 million through non-equity financing to establish an XRP (XRP-USD) reserve, aiming to support global payment services while maintaining financial flexibility and protecting shareholder value.

Webus also said it extended its nationwide mobility collaboration with Tongcheng Travel Holdings, an online travel platform in China.

Shares of Webus were up more than 38% in recent early trading.
