Synagistics Limited has announced the appointment of Mr. Zheng as a non-executive director. The current board of directors includes Mr. Lee Shieh-Peen Clement and Ms. Tai Ho Yan Olive as executive directors, with Ms. Phua Nan Chie, Mr. Chong Tian Taum, and Mr. Jin Qin as non-executive directors. The independent non-executive directors are Mr. Selva Bryan Ratnam, Mr. Andrew Chow Heng Cheong, and Mr. Siek Wei Ting. Mr. Zheng's appointment will commence from the date of the Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM).
