Technology stocks were leaning lower premarket Friday with the Technology Select Sector SPDR Fund (XLK) down 0.1% and the SPDR S&P Semiconductor ETF (XSD) recently declining by 0.2%.

Zscaler (ZS) shares were up more than 4% after the company reported higher fiscal Q3 non-GAAP earnings and revenue and raised its fiscal 2025 guidance.
