Nano Nuclear Energy (NNE) said Thursday it closed a common stock private placement for gross proceeds of about $105 million.

Net proceeds are expected to be around $99 million, the company said.

Nano Nuclear sold roughly 3.9 million shares of common stock at $27 per share in the offering.

The company said proceeds from the financing will boost its cash position to over $210 million.
