Xinming China Holdings Ltd. has announced a further delay in the dispatch of prospectus documents related to its proposed rights issue. The delay is due to additional time required to complete bank account setup procedures and finalize information in the prospectus. The rights issue is based on four rights shares for every one adjusted share held. The revised timetable for this issue will be issued as soon as practicable. As of now, the documents were expected to be dispatched on or before June 5, 2025.
