Columbus McKinnon Corporation has announced an update regarding its acquisition of Kito Crosby Limited. The company has received a request for additional information from the Antitrust Division of the U.S. Department of Justice as part of the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust review process. This Second Request extends the waiting period for the acquisition, which will continue until both Columbus McKinnon and KKR North America Fund XI L.P., the ultimate parent entity of Kito, have substantially complied with the request. The parties are collaborating with the Antitrust Division to expedite the review process. Completion of the acquisition is pending the expiration or termination of the waiting period and the satisfaction of other customary closing conditions.
