Red Metal (ASX:RDM) said its exploration team secured two separate collaborative drilling grants from the Queensland government totaling AU$400,000, according to a Wednesday Australian bourse filing.
It will use the funds to conduct proof-of-concept drill tests on geophysical targets outlined on the Gulf project and the Three Ways project in Queensland.
It plans to conduct heritage surveys in preparation for the drill tests in June, and the drilling is anticipated to begin in August.
