FAIRMONT, W.Va., June 2, 2025 - FirstEnergy Corporation has announced the completion of a new utility-scale solar site in Berkeley County, West Virginia. Developed by its subsidiaries, Mon Power and Potomac Edison, the 36-acre project in Marlowe features over 17,000 solar panels, generating up to 5.75 megawatts of renewable energy.
