Terra Uranium (ASX:T92) on Tuesday said that Executive Chairman Andrew Vigar has resigned and assumed the role of Non-Executive Chairman, effective June 1, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.
Vigar led the mining firm's 2022 Australian Securities Exchange listing and the acquisition of key uranium, tin, and silver projects, the filing said.
