Adani Green Energy (BOM:541450, NSE:ADANIGREEN) said its wholly owned subsidiary, Adani Saur Urja (KA), incorporated four new subsidiaries: Adani Hydro Energy Six, Seven, Eight and Nine, according to a Tuesday filing on the local bourse.
Each new unit has an authorized and paid-up capital of 100,000 Indian rupees and has yet to begin operations. The entities are aimed at power generation using wind, solar and other renewable energy sources.
Adani Saur Urja holds 100% of the share capital in each of the new units.
