Resimac Group (ASX:RMC) declared a special dividend of AU$0.012 per share, after identifying surplus capital not required to support its strategic objectives, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.

The dividend will be paid on June 23 to shareholders on record as of June 6, the filing said.

The payment is not expected to have a material impact on fiscal 2026 earnings, the filing added.

Shares of the company rose past 12% in recent Monday trade.
