Manuka Resources (ASX:MKR) unit, Trans-Tasman Resources, said New Zealand's Environmental Protection Authority confirmed that its application for the Taranaki VTM Project faces no competing bids or outstanding appeals, according to a May 30 filing with the Australian bourse.
The application now moves to an expert panel under the Fast-track Approvals Act 2024 for determination, the filing said.
