Turaco Gold (ASX:TCG) said drilling along strike from the Jonction deposit, within the Afema project in the Ivory Coast, confirmed additional high-grade gold shoots along the Afema Shear, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.

Initial scout drilling along the structure revealed new zones of anomalism and mineralization, including a potential zone located south of the deposit, the filing said.

The company maintains three double-shift drill rigs at the project, with a third diamond rig being mobilized for geotechnical drilling as part of a pre-feasibility study, per the filing.
