Jushen Logistics' (SHE:001202) unit, Hainan Jushen Information Technology, signed a 78 million yuan shipbuilding contract for the construction of two deck barge vessels, according to a Shenzhen bourse disclosure on Tuesday.

The Chinese logistics company did not disclose the name of the shipbuilding engineering company with which it signed the contract.

The company's shares closed less than 3% higher.
