Rykadan Capital (HKG:2288) unit Golden Wealth (HK) Investment acquired a property in Hong Kong from Capital Universal Investment for nearly HK$47.6 million, a May 30 Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The property comprises the 29th floor and reserved area of Rykandan One, as well as certain motorcycle and car parking spaces.
The asset manager currently leases the 29th floor as its headquarters and principal place of business in Hong Kong.
