Alchemy Resources (ASX:ALY) completed the acquisition of the remaining 50% stake in the iron ore rights on the Bryah project, its Western Australia joint venture with Carey Mining, for AU$75,000, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.

The company also agreed to grant Carey Mining a gradational royalty on iron ore sold on a freight on board basis from the project, the filing said.
