Deleum (KLSE:DELEUM) unit Deleum Services completed the acquisition of a 70% equity interest in OSA Industries Indonesia for $7 million.

OSA Industries Indonesia specializes in the supply, servicing, and maintenance of valves for the oil and gas sector, according to a Tuesday Malaysian bourse filing.
