Changzhou Almaden (SHE:002623) completed the establishment of its subsidiary in the United Arab Emirates, according to a Shenzhen bourse filing on Tuesday.

The subsidiary, Almaden Glass Industries, will invest and manage the establishment of a photovoltaic glass production line in the country that will produce 500,000 tons of the material every year.

The Chinese solar glass coating manufacturer set up the UAE subsidiary through its wholly-owned subsidiary Almaden (MENA).
