Salt Investments (SGX:FQ7) completed the acquisition of a 60% stake in TT Oil from Poly Million, according to a Sunday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

Under the sale and purchase agreement, the company had agreed to acquire TT Oil for SG$6 million. Following the transaction, TT Oil has become a company subsidiary.
