Stamford Land's (SGX:H07) attributable profit to owners during fiscal H2 declined 14% to SG$17.6 million from SG$20.6 million a year earlier, according to a Friday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Earnings per share dropped to SG$0.0119 compared with SG$0.0138 in the comparable period.
Revenue declined 6.5% year over year to SG$78.3 million from SG$83.8 million.
The company proposed a final dividend of SG$0.005 per share for the period.
