** OSL said its unit would buy 90% stake in EvergreenCrest Holdings, which is setting up a digital assets exchange operation in Indonesia, for $15 mln as it aims to accelerate its international expansion plan in Southeast Asia

** OSL said the deal, which is to be settled by issue of new shares, is set to provide the company with immediate and strategic access to the Indonesian digital asset market

** Hang Seng Tech Index .HSTECH down 2.7%, Hang Seng Index .HSI falls 2.4%

** YTD, stock up 53%
