Food manufacturer OTS (SGX:OTS) completed the sale of a 50% stake in Delta Bridge to Valencier International, according to a Friday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

The transaction was completed after the balance of the sale consideration of SG$350,000 was received in full from the purchaser.
