Smart Digital Technology Group (HKG:1159) completed the placing of 19.7 million shares to at least six investors at HK$0.361 apiece to raise net proceeds of HK$6.9 million, a Monday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

The shares represent around 16.66% of the film and TV investor's enlarged issued share capital.

The firm will use proceeds from the issue to repay debt and replenish working capital.
