Limited, will lease the property to the vendor, Golden Village Multiplex Pte Ltd, for a term of 18 months starting from the completion date. This strategic move is pending approval by shareholders at an upcoming special general meeting $(SGM.AU)$, with potential for an additional purchase price adjustment should redevelopment approval be secured within 12 months post-completion.
