Venu Holding Corporation has entered into a new financing agreement with PB&T Bank to support the completion of its mixed-use development project adjacent to the Ford Amphitheater in Colorado Springs, Colorado. The agreement, finalized on May 27, 2025, involves a draw down term loan known as the Construction Loan, which has a term of 70 months and matures on March 27, 2031. This loan will fund the development of Roth's Seafood & Chophouse, Brohan's rooftop bar and lounge, and two hospitality spaces under the Notes Hospitality Collection. Secured by a first priority lien on the property owned by Venu's subsidiary, Sunset Hospitality Collection, LLC, the loan includes various covenants and conditions customary for such financial arrangements.
