Semiconductor and electronics test company AEM (SGX:AWX) granted shares to its employees under its performance and restricted share plans, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Monday.
The company granted 1,313,600 shares at SG$1.21 per share under its Restricted Share Plan 2024. The awards will vest annually over three years.
Meanwhile, 871,500 shares were granted under the Performance Share Plan 2017 at SG$1.21 apiece. The awards will vest three years from the date of grant.
