GDI Property Group (ASX:GDI) said the sale of 6 Sunray Drive in Innaloo, Western Australia, is now unconditional, with the conditions precedent having been either satisfied or waived, according to a Friday Australian bourse filing.

The settlement of the sale is now contracted to be on June 19, the filing said.

The 6 Sunray Drive property is held by GDI No. 43 Property Trust. On final termination, the trust is expected to have delivered an around 9% per annum internal rate of return. GDI does not hold any units in the trust but will receive a disposal fee as part of the sale.
