June 5 - (The Insurer) - CRC Group has added former Arlington/Roe senior underwriter Rita Carr, former Johnson & Johnson broker Glen Willis and former RLI Insurance Company director of inland manager Nick Sans to its specialty team.

Carr joined CRC Specialty’s Indianapolis, Indiana, team as a senior underwriting team leader, bringing over 30 years of industry experience. She has held various roles at JenCap's Special Risks Facilities.

Willis joined the Dallas, Texas office as an underwriting team leader with more than 17 years of industry experience. He has also held roles at USI Insurance Services and Burns & Wilcox.

Sans has been appointed property and inland marine broker in CRC Specialty’s Dallas, Texas office with over 18 years of experience. He has also held roles at Ace USA, The Hartford and The Hanover Insurance Group.
