As a result of the merger, Moss Adams resigned as the company's auditors, and Baker Tilly was appointed as the new independent registered public accounting firm. The transition was approved by the Audit Committee of Primoris' Board of Directors and took effect immediately. The company confirmed that during the prior years and the interim period leading up to the merger, there were no disagreements or reportable events with Moss Adams regarding accounting practices or audit procedures. Moss Adams provided a letter to the Securities and Exchange Commission agreeing with Primoris' statements regarding the transition.
