LMS Compliance (SGX:LMS) obtained key industry accreditation from the Singapore Accreditation Council (SAC), according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Wednesday.
Through its wholly owned subsidiary, SG CO2, the company received an accreditation as a Validation and Verification Body (VVB) based on the ISO 14064-1 standard. The accreditation allows it to independently verify Scope 1, Scope 2 and Scope 3 greenhouse gas emissions.
The group already has a similar accreditation from the Department of Standards Malaysia (DSM).
Shares of the company were down nearly 3% in recent trading.
