HE Group (KLSE:HEGROUP) proposed to transfer the listing and quotation of its shares from the ACE Market to the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities.
The proposed transfer is expected to be completed by the second half of 2025, according to a Wednesday Malaysian bourse filing.
The transfer is subject to shareholder and regulatory approvals, the construction engineering company said.
