Jilin Jiutai Rural Commercial Bank Corporation Limited has announced the disposal of its 78.51% equity interest in Hanshan Huimin Village and Township Bank. Upon completion of the transaction, the bank will no longer hold any equity interest in the Target Company, and Hanshan Huimin Village and Township Bank will cease to be a subsidiary of Jilin Jiutai Rural Commercial Bank. The bank's chairman, Guo Ce, confirmed that the results of Hanshan Huimin Village and Township Bank will no longer be consolidated into the group's financial statements following the completion of the disposal.
