Far East Orchard (SGX:O10) subsidiary, Far East Hospitality Management Asia terminated a joint venture agreement with Real Hospitality Group Asia, according to a Wednesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

After initially intending to incorporate a JVCo in Hong Kong and an Opco in China, the partners have not been able to source opportunities that aliged with the objectives.
