AMTD Idea's (SGX:HKB) units, AMTD Digital and Black Spade Acquisition II confirmed the completion of their business combination, according to a Thursday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

Following the transaction, Black Spade has become a wholly owned subsidiary of the newly-formed entity, TGE.
