Cape Range (ASX:CAG) said shareholder approval was given at its annual general meeting held on May 30 for the change of its name to Platformo, according to a Thursday Australian bourse filing.

It has received confirmation from the Australian Securities Exchange that its securities will be listed as Platformo under the ticker code of PFM, effective June 6, the filing added.
