Advanced Fiber Resources Zhuhai (SHE:300620) agreed to fully acquire a unit of US electronics manufacturer Jabil for 17 million yuan, according to a Shenzhen bourse disclosure on Wednesday.
The consideration also includes the net cash of Jabil Technology (Wuhan), the target company, at closing and its transaction costs.
Jabil Wuhan produces optical components and subsystems, the Chinese communication device manufacturer said.
Advanced Fiber Resources' shares rose over 1% in recent trade.
