China Everbright Water (SGX:U9E, HKG:1857) will, on June 13, repay all outstanding bonds under a 700 million yuan issue of perpetual medium-term bonds for the period between June 13, 2024, and June 12, 2025, a Friday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

The bonds were issued in June 2022 as part of the sewage treatment company's multi-tranche offering of 3 billion yuan of medium-term perpetual bonds.

Following completion, there will be no outstanding bonds remaining under the 700 million yuan tranche.
