The board of directors of Link Asset Management Limited, the manager of Link REIT, clarified that while they regularly conduct feasibility studies for various capital and corporate transactions, including potential spin-off listings, these studies may not necessarily result in any concrete actions. If any transaction were to proceed, it would comply with the relevant requirements under the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited and the Code on Real Estate Investment Trusts. Currently, Link REIT has no information requiring disclosure beyond this clarification.
