Air France-KLM SA held its Annual General Shareholders' Meeting on June 4, 2025. During the meeting, several key proposals were approved. These included the commercial cooperation agreement between Air France-KLM, Delta Air Lines Inc., and Virgin Atlantic Airways Ltd, as well as a new joint-venture agreement with China Eastern Airlines. Additionally, appointments and re-appointments of board directors were confirmed, including Mrs. Gwenaëlle Avice-Huet, Mrs. Leni Boeren, Delta Air Lines, Inc., Mrs. Isabelle Guichot, Mrs. Anne-Marie Idrac, Mrs. Véronique Penchienati-Bosetta, and Mr. Qingchao Wan. All proposed resolutions were adopted.
