Circle Internet Group (CRCL) shares surged 36% amid heavy trading Friday following the stablecoin issuer's blowout debut on the New York Stock Exchange Thursday, when its shares closed 168% higher.

Know Labs (KNW) said Friday it has agreed to sell a controlling stake to fintech investor Greg Kidd's affiliate Goldeneye 1995. The company said the buyer will pay with a mix of 1,000 Bitcoin and cash to purchase shares at $0.335 each, retire existing debt, redeem preferred shares, and fund operations.
Shares of Know Labs jumped 73% as intraday trading volume advanced to over 68.5 million from a daily average of about 917,000.
