June 6 - (The Insurer) - Mission Underwriters has appointed Sujatha Raju, former chief information officer at Coaction Global, as its chief technology officer.

Raju has over 23 years of experience in the industry. Before Coaction, she was a project manager and technical lead at Cognizant Technology Solutions.

Mission recently expanded its technology team with the acquisition of Talage, a submission management platform for the commercial insurance industry, to bolster its technological and digital distribution capabilities.

In her new role, Raju will lead the technology team, focusing on scalable infrastructure and operational excellence and solutions as the company further grows its technology platform.
