Beijing Shiji Information Technology (SHE:002153) said its US subsidiary secured a preferred provider agreement with Marriott International, according to a Friday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.

Under the agreement, the subsidiary will deploy its cloud-based hotel management system, Daylight PMS, across Marriott's China properties.

The 10-year renewable contract can be extended for five years twice.
