Commonwealth Bank of Australia (ASX:CBA) said Friday it will add more benefits and offers and boost existing discounts in its customer recognition program, CommBank Yello.
The bank said it will offer up to AU$460 in cashback each year on its products and up to AU$680 in discounts on mobile, national broadband network, and electricity in one year. It will also offer hundreds of dollars each year in cashbacks and discounts on discretionary spending.
The bank lowered the eligibility for the higher tiers of the program to 15 transactions per month from 30, according to a statement. Customers will be able to access a personalized hub of tailored offers in the bank's app.
Eligible business customers will also be able to access benefits to support their business, the bank said.
