United Overseas Bank (SGX:U11) sold 1,400 treasury shares worth SG$51,145 for the rectification of a share buyback trade on May 13 that exceeded the price limit by the appointed brokerage firm.
Following the sale, the total number of treasury shares is 14,438,608, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Wednesday.
