Airbnb (ABNB) and FIFA said Thursday they entered a three-year multi-tournament partnership to provide fans with "unforgettable" travel experiences and the 16 host cities with "valuable" support.
The short-term rental company will serve as the official alternative accommodations and experiences booking platform as a FIFA Club World Cup 2025 partner and a FIFA World Cup 26 and FIFA Women's World Cup 2027 supporter, they said.
They said Airbnb Experiences, including a private training session hosted by American goalkeeper Tim Howard, can be booked now.
For the 2026 tournament, Airbnb stays are expected to add $3.6 billion to the economies of the host cities, Airbnb and FIFA said, citing a Deloitte study.
